The Project Manager is your link to the design team.
They make sure your requests are being relayed and ensure that you’re kept up to date on everything related to your projects. You’ll receive immediate acknowledgment of all your needs and any revisions can quickly be scheduled.

We’re not here to break your budget. We’re here to work with you and find a price that fits. But being cost-effective doesn’t mean compromised quality or limited service. It just means understanding that your time and budget are both valuable resources. That’s why before starting on the project, we agree on a fixed rate. That price remains the same—no matter how many revisions. As well as letting you plan your budget, since you decide when the project is perfect, the flat rate also gives us an incentive to reach that perfection on the first version.

For starters, every project has a unique project number. That number is linked to every single thing that happens with your project—emails, deliverable versions, source files, financial information. If you come to us months or even years later with the project number, we can find you all documents in a heartbeat.

Next, we use our planning platform for all updates from the moment we send you a quote. It shows you when we begin working on your designs, if a project is ready for feedback, if we’re making revisions, if we need any assets, if you’ve been invoiced, and more. It’s a great place to quickly check on all your projects with us.

Finally, for design delivery, we use Hightail. It has an easy-to-use format with access to the version history, including all past feedback. You can compare different versions side by side. When leaving feedback, you can tag specific visuals or timestamps on the deliverable, or even draw on it to clarify your ideas.

We want you to feel at ease with us and our workflow as collaborators. Meeting face-to-face helps establish our desired foundation of trust and mutual respect. It also gives you the chance to ask questions about our working relationship: how best to utilize each aspect of our services; the easiest way to get in touch with our team; and a chance for you to share your company’s mission and vision. And if you ever need further information about our systems, we provide tutorials on how to make the most out of our project tracking system and our planning platform.
